Processing of Visas, OCI and PIO cards and Renunciation Certificate applications has been outsourced to M/S TRAVISA OUTSOURCING. Hence, those seeking information regarding these services/wanting to ascertain status of their applications, must contact TRAVISA OUTSOURCING only at Travisa Outsourcing Company. Consulate is unable to entertain any queries on these services. However, if there are any complaints regarding processing of your application, the Consulate could be contacted.

Consulate General of India Chicago, has engaged M/s BLS International Services Ltd as an outsourced agency for facilitating the process of obtaining Passport related services, effective 7th May, 2012. The outsourced agency can be reached through their website http://www.blsindia-usa.com
